St. Joseph’s Health System (SJHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse to support discharge planning for newborns in the Women’s Health and Newborn Care Program at the Charlton Campus in Hamilton. The RN will work with families to ensure access to information and assessment within 24–48 hours of discharge.
The role involves newborn assessments, bloodwork follow-up, and coordination with physicians, nurse practitioners, and public health services to support recent moms and babies.
