About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Managing Director and the leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the organization, coordinating executive priorities, and supporting decision-making.
This role requires a high level of organizational awareness, political acuity, and the ability to influence without direct authority. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in project management, overseeing the development and execution of the organization's strategic priorities,
and managing the flow of strategic information across various teams.
Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years' of work experience. The role demands an exceptional project manager with a proven track record in strategy execution, executive advisory support, and organizational leadership.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem-solver, possess strong decision-making skills, and have the ability to communicate complex information effectively. Proficiency in French is required, and experience in multisector environments is preferred.
The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for people management, overseeing administrative staff, and ensuring the integration of enterprise-wide strategic priorities into the organization's execution plans.
