Key Responsibilities:

- Process and file invoices for timely payments
- Maintain accurate vendor accounts and records
- Prepare month-end expense accruals
- Analyze financial performance variances
- Support external audit preparation with accurate documentation

Requirements:

- College diploma or relevant degree
- 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience necessary
- Strong independence with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ERP experience preferred (AS400)
