Become a crucial part of Sofina as a Supply Chain Claims Analyst in this 12-month contract position. Your expertise in investigating claims will drive performance improvements and enhance the customer experience.

In this role, reporting to the Manager of Customer Claims, you will focus on determining root causes of claims and proposing corrective actions. Collaborating with Customer Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Logistics, you will manage day-to-day claims efficiently to minimize noncompliance fines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor key KPIs to enhance customer experience
- Analyze claims for root causes and propose improvements
- Prepare reports for weekly meetings with stakeholders
- Manage claim investigations and required backups
- Train customer supply chain specialists on investigation processes

Requirements:

- Degree in a Business Discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Solid negotiation skills
