What You’ll Do
Lead aproductionfacility manufacturing custom vinyl windows and doors, overseeingproduction, shipping, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvementPlan and schedule production to meet customer deadlines and company targetsLead, train, coach, and develop a high-performing production teamManage labour, materials, inventory, and production costsMonitor production KPIs, productivity, quality, and efficiencyIdentify problems and implement practical solutionsMaintain high-quality standards and drive defect-free shipmentsOversee equipment, maintenance, plant organization, and production efficiencyWork closely with purchasing, sales, warehouse, and suppliers to keep production movingManage staffing, hiring, onboarding, and employee developmentReduce waste, downtime, and inefficiencies through continuous improvementEnsure a safe, clean, and organized workplace and compliance with WCB and company safety requirementsHelp develop new products and improve production processesWhat We’re Looking For
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including at least 3 years managingproductionteams in a supervisory or management capacityThis role is for you if you are dependable, accountable, safety-focused, and committed to developing people while achieving results.Experience in windows, doors, building products, construction,
or manufacturing is highly preferredStrong leadership and people management skillsSolid understanding of production scheduling, quality control, inventory, and shippingProven ability to manage labour costs, budgets, and production KPIsExcellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to make decisions and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentHands-on approach with the ability to work directly with production teamsExperience with ERP, production management, or inventory systems is an assetAccountable for safety, on-time delivery, quality performance, productivity, labor efficiency, and profitability of theproductionoperation.Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.Why Join Us?
