Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in global operations management, with significant leadership responsibilities.Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-national operations and driving significant improvements.Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven experience in leading and developing remote, international teams.Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics, risk management, and international business practices.Benefits
