Insurance Advisor

- Support development of the agency operation through the sales and profitable growth of personal lines and specialty lines insurance products.
- Proactively complete client reviews, including prospecting and cross selling all lines of business by completing needs analysis for all clients in accordance with the agency Business Plan.
- Adhere to strict company underwriting guidelines and compliance.
- Answer customer inquiries related to billing, product coverages, and make changes to the policy
- Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality and productivity and contribute to the achievement of overall agency sales and growth goals.
- Be a team player and contribute to building multi-client relationships.




- Respond to and investigate client questions and concerns, resolve client complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support the agency team in their daily activities.
- Manage front desk, service walk in clients and overall workflow in the office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

Licence/Certification:

- General Level 1 insurance license (required)
