We are currently looking for 2 full time Masonry Construction labourers . This is a full-time year-round position. 40 hours a week minimum $25 with no experience, to $35 per hour with experience 10 vacation days Disability insurance, Dental insurance, Extended medical, RRSP matching Job Duties: Load and unload construction materials, and move material to work areas Erect and dismantle scaffolding in various configurations Mix mortar using bagged cement and sand, and on larger jobs a gravity mortar silo Assist forklift operators when setting up scaffolding and landing material, signal operators to guide them in and assistance in other activities Assist in drilling and installing rebar Ability to make straight accurate cuts using handheld quick cut Assist in minor demolition using pry bars and other hand tools, pile salvaged materials Remove Rubble and other debris using rakes, shovels,



wheelbarrows and other equipment Clean and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they function properly Move and lift heavy materials, including bags of mortar, concrete block, bricks and stones Use a various tools and equipment such as trowels. levels, saws, and mixers to carry out masonry tasks Maintain bricklayers materials and supplies, ensuring they do not run out Assist bricklayers in Misc construction activities Requirements Ability to work in all weather conditions Lift weight of 100 pounds Productively works with other as a team as well as independently Demonstrate safe work habits and apply safe practices Must have own transportation Solid work ethic and attention to detail High school preferred
