About Sage HCM:
Sage HCM (Human Capital Management) is robust, cloud-based HR and people management software. It helps businesses streamline HR processes, manage the entire employee lifecycle, automate payroll, and gain valuable real-time workforce insights to improve employee engagement and operational productivity.

Position Summary:
Our Sage HCM Implementation Consultant will participate in planning and managing all aspects of Sage HCM and HRMS implementations:

- Lead discovery calls alongside account managers with customers or prospects to understand their HR processes.
- Conduct requirements analysis and solution design engagements tailored to workforce management, payroll, and HR workflows.
- Provide the initial setup of the Sage HCM system and configure modules as per customers’ requirements.




- Assist our customers with employee data migration and system integration.
- Deliver Sage HCM knowledge transfer and training sessions for human resources teams and administrators.
- Identify and resolve software problems, as well as build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Work closely with our Sales and Operations teams.
- Responsible for timely entry of project milestones and hours into internal systems.

Essential Skills:

- 2+ years of relevant experience with HRMS, HRIS, or payroll systems (recent graduates with specialized HR/IT degrees will also be considered).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Experience configuring and maintaining HR databases, as well as providing technical user support.
- Ability to analyze and categorize complex organizational workflows, payroll policies, and HR data structures.
- Ability to perform and document detailed analysis of the end-user’s business processes and routine.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, in both English and French.
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational skills
