Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Server with a minimum of two years of restaurant experience to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring food safety and proper food handling practices
- Assist in food preparation and service setup when needed, supporting kitchen staff as required
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing attentive guest services
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly,



and exceeding expectations

Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of restaurant or food service experience, demonstrating solid knowledge of the food industry
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, tips, and cash handling accurately
- Experience in upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance guest experience
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus
- Reliable team player with a professional appearance and excellent communication skills

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
