Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar and dining area.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Provide support during busy periods by helping fellow team members as needed.

Experience





- Previous experience in bartending or serving in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
