Urban Life Solutions is currently seeking Sidewalk Crew Leads for the winter season. These positions will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of winter operations tasks, primarily snow removal on sidewalks and pedestrian areas.

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s licence; ability to provide a recent driver’s abstract
- Experience operating sidewalk tractors or similar compact equipment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Eligibility to work legally in Canada
- Experience operating a pickup truck with a trailer is considered an asset

Preferred Experience & Attributes:

- Prior background in snow clearing, winter maintenance, or related outdoor labour
- Comfortable taking and giving direction; able to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated with a strong work ethic

Field employees at ULS must be able and willing to work at any site where ULS is contracted to perform work, based on operational and client requirements. Work locations may vary depending on scheduling, weather conditions, and business needs.





Field employees must be willing and capable of performing manual labour duties required for both winter and summer operations. This includes physically demanding work such as shoveling, lifting, landscaping, construction-related tasks, and working outdoors in various weather and environmental conditions.
