Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting and selling a variety of vaping products. Your passion for the industry and knowledge of our products will help create a welcoming setting for both current and experienced customers.

Looking for Part-time days and weekends work upto 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right vaping products based on their needs.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer understanding.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

Skills

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar environment.
- Must vape




- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to sell effectively while building rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus for communicating with diverse clientele.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Technical sales knowledge related to vaping products is advantageous.

The ideal candidates would have VAPE EXPERIENCE and RETAIL/CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and must have Canadian work permit (WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY WORK VISA/PERMIT TO FOREIGNERS). You will be providing feedback and recommendations to our customers so having a personal vaping experience yourself will make the job much easier and provide more value to our customers. We are currently looking for every weekend and one additional day during the weekday to fill in this role.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
