Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Professional to install, service, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial water treatment systems. The ideal candidate brings a solid working knowledge of water quality equipment, paired with practical mechanical and plumbing experience. Background in well pumps and pressure systems is a key asset. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong mechanical aptitude, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and service residential and light commercial water treatment systems (including softeners, iron/manganese filters, reverse osmosis, and UV disinfection systems).
- Perform water testing, diagnose water quality issues, and recommend effective treatment solutions.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair well pumps, pressure tanks, and related control systems.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, local businesses, and property managers to provide exceptional service.
- Complete required job documentation, service records, and regulatory compliance paperwork accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Proven experience servicing or installing residential and light commercial water treatment systems.
- Practical working knowledge of well pumps, pressure tanks, and residential water supply systems (Strong Asset).
- Licensed / Certified Well Technician under Ontario Regulation 903 (Preferred / Strong Asset).
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record, crimal background search required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
