We are seeking a motivated and dependable Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role involves making and delivering world class Dairy Queen products to fans.

Duties

- Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, making products in kitchen, crill and chill
- Support team members in fulfilling their responsibilities and collaborating effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet safety standards
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently to uphold quality standards
- Support inventory management, including stocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment

Requirements

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting




- Ability to follow instructions carefully and pay attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day
- Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, or perform physical tasks for extended periods as needed
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and contribute positively to team goals

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
