Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with potential clients through outbound calls to promote our products and services. Duties

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and business development efforts
- Engage customers with compelling conversations, clearly explaining product features and benefits
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, updating customer profiles in Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities and improve outreach strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, presentations,



and ensuring positive experiences
- Booking Appointments and converting leads into sales.

Experience

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales roles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi ,Punjabi.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sales
- Prior experience in customer service or business development roles is advantageous
- flexible and work from home / office ( twice a month )

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
