The Spa Ritual is a well-established luxury day spa in NW Calgary, known for providing exceptional treatments and an elevated guest experience. For over 18 years, we have built a solid reputation for quality, professionalism, and creating a welcoming environment for both our guests and our team.

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Aesthetician to join our team.

Title: Aesthetician

Position Summary:
As an Aesthetician at The Spa Ritual, your primary responsibility is to provide each guest with an exceptional treatment experience and a high level of service.

We are looking for a well-rounded Aesthetician who is confident performing a full range of aesthetic services, with the exception of artificial/gel nail enhancements. Our Aestheticians are expected to provide treatments with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care while following The Spa Ritual's standards and protocols.

- Is comfortable recommending appropriate treatments, enhancements, and home-care products based on each guest's needs
- Handles guest concerns and challenges professionally and with good judgment




- Is committed to continued learning and professional development
- Is available to work a minimum of one weekday evening and one weekend day

Ability to:

- Perform aesthetic treatments while following all spa protocols and service standards
- Maintain a high level of guest comfort, care, and professionalism throughout each treatment
- Manage treatment timing and appointment flow effectively
- Educate guests on treatments, products, and appropriate home care
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly sanitized treatment areas
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to create a positive experience for both guests and employees
- Uphold The Spa Ritual's standards of integrity, professionalism, and guest service

Qualifications:

- Completion and certification from a recognized esthetics program
- Minimum 2 years of professional esthetics experience
- Experience providing a variety of aesthetic treatments
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
