Job Summary
BMAC Technologies and Consulting Inc. (BMACTC) is currently seeking a Mechanical Technologist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for every aspect of the projects and staff, while providing excellent client service. The ideal candidate is results oriented, sets high performance standards for themselves, has a long track record of exceptional performance and success and is a natural communicator.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

- Perform project design including load calculation and prepare AutoCAD/Revit drawings for plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection projects.
- Develop business development skills to continue existing client relationships and to build new ones
- Reviews for completeness and accuracy at various stages of development and as defined by internal total quality management.
- Provide detail observation report during the construction phase in coordination with architect and senior project manager.

The following qualifications are required:

- Mechanical degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- Proven working knowledge with AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Demonstrate understanding of plumbing, fire protection and HVAC.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office




- Demonstrate the ability to work in a complex environment, dealing with multiple projects and clients.
- Demonstrate experience working with other consultants and contractors, and coordination of major projects.
- Have excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Robust knowledge of engineering concepts, methods and standards.
