Duties

- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and fixtures to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs or installations are required.

Requirements

- Proven experience in building maintenance, repair work, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring,



plumbing systems, HVAC operation, and general carpentry.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision.
- Strong physical stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks in various environments.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
- Relevant certifications such as HVAC certification, electrician license, or plumbing license are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week
