Our client, TC Transcontinental Intergraphics, is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow its Saskatchewan territory. The Account Manager will report directly to the Sales Manager, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and supporting sales growth throughout the territory.

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

- Grow sales within the assigned territory by expanding existing customer relationships and promoting the full range of products and services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, existing contacts, and database leads.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers while proactively pursuing opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Respond promptly and effectively to leads generated through digital marketing initiatives.
- Meet with customers to understand their challenges and business needs and provide tailored product recommendations and demonstrations.
- Develop strong professional relationships with clients, including key decision-makers and influencers, to understand their needs and communicate the value-added solutions offered by TC Transcontinental.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements while aligning with budget and cost expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including customer information, sales activities, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Participate actively in monthly sales and new product development meetings, contributing insights and ideas that support business growth.
- Travel regularly throughout Saskatchewan to meet with customers, strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and support sales growth across the territory.

You and Your Experience:





- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Must reside in Saskatchewan, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a reliable vehicle for regular travel throughout the territory.
- Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, packaging, graphics, or a related B2B industry is considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, generating new business opportunities, developing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
