CCRC Brampton Clinic is looking for a Physiotherapist Assistant to join our Rehabilitation team. In your role you will be working alongside clinical staff to assist in patient care and administrative tasks outlined below.
CCRC Brampton Clinic is a rehabilitation center providing a multidisciplinary approach to assisting patients achieve maximum recovery due to pre-existing or new injuries of any kind. CCRC Brampton clinic deals with a variety of patient types: Motor Vehicle, WSIB, Extended Health Care and Private patients. We are there during our patients’ time of need to help make their processes to recovery of mind and body as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting RPT with active treatments, passive treatments and soap notes
- Cleaning before and after treatments
- Review patient file before treating patients




- Doing the laundry at the end of the day
- Help with basic administration if needed
- Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment to the physical therapist through proper documentation.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge on Passive and Active Therapy
- Knowledge about soap notes
- Able to Multi-task
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Type a minimum of 40 wpm
- Experience in Universal System is considered an Asset
