Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Roofing Supervisor to lead our roofing construction teams through successful project execution. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on roofing sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate resources, and maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budgets. Duties

- Supervise roofing crews on-site, providing clear direction and motivating team members to meet project goals
- Coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources aligned with project plans
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify accuracy and guide installation processes
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, progress tracking, and communication
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to identify issues early and implement corrective actions




- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate construction estimates and manage project budgets using Primavera P6 or similar tools

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience within the roofing or broader construction industry with a strong understanding of roofing systems and installation techniques
- Extensive construction experience including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or equivalent programs
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, safety regulations, and building codes relevant to roofing projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Solid organizational skills with experience managing budgets and schedules effectively
- Excellent communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project alignment

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
