About Resolve

Resolve Mental Health is a Toronto-based psychotherapy practice serving clients across Canada through insurer, legal, and employer referrals. We specialize in structured, time-limited, trauma-informed care for clients navigating short-term or long-term disability, return-to-work planning, and recovery after injury.

The Role

We are hiring bilingual Registered Psychotherapists to deliver virtual CBT in French to clients who are off work for mental health reasons. You focus on clinical care; we handle referrals, scheduling, billing, and administration.

- Deliver individual virtual psychotherapy sessions (50 minutes) in French and English
- Maintain availability for a French-language caseload
- Manage a structured, time-limited caseload with explicit treatment goals and a warm, collaborative approach
- Complete charting and third-party reports (initial, mid-point, and discharge)

Compensation

- $105 per completed 50-minute session, flat rate, inclusive of charting and session reports
- This rate includes a bilingual service premium for clinicians maintaining a French caseload
- Independent contractor status: you invoice for completed sessions

Requirements

- Registered and in good standing with the CRPO as a Registered Psychotherapist,



or holding a psychotherapy permit from the Ordre des psychologues du Québec
- Professional working fluency in French (sessions are delivered in French)
- Formal CBT training and at least two years of practice with CBT as a primary modality
- Experience with disability, occupational rehab, or insurer-funded, EAP, or WSIB clients
- Able to independently write clear third-party reports
- Legally eligible to work in Canada, professional liability insurance, and a private, secure space for virtual sessions

Assets

- Return-to-work planning, functional capacity conversations, or workplace accommodation experience
- CBT for chronic pain, CPT or PE for trauma, or behavioural activation protocols
- Familiarity with insurer treatment plan and reporting formats (Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, RBC, Desjardins, WSIB)
