WOODON Korean BBQ is looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands and Cooks to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Applicants with previous restaurant experience are preferred, but beginners who are responsible and willing to learn are also welcome. Training will be provided.

Positions and Pay

Kitchen Hand: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Cook: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

Starting wage will be determined based on the position, previous experience, and skill level.

Kitchen Hand Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dishwashing area and kitchen clean and organized
- Assist with basic food preparation, such as washing, cutting, and organizing ingredients
- Restock supplies and support the kitchen team as needed
- Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures

Cook Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Complete ingredient preparation and portioning
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean and organized
- Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures




- Work efficiently with other team members during busy service periods

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills are required
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred
