We're Sarah and Arianna, two CPAs who ditched the corporate grind to build a bookkeeping business that actually worked for us. Ayrre Academy grew out of everything we learned doing it. Now we teach new and aspiring bookkeepers how to do the same: not just the technical skills, but the whole business behind it.

What we do

The Ayrre Accelerator is our 12-week hands-on program where we build a student's bookkeeping business with them: the skill, the confidence, and the clients. We cover everything from setting up a business and core bookkeeping skills to cleanup and catch-up work, tech and systems, client experience and onboarding, sales and pricing, and the mindset it takes to build something sustainable. The goal is to have students ready to hit the ground running with clients, not just understand the theory.

Most of the learning happens through practice. Students work through video lessons and exercises, real Quickbooks Online practice files where they handle everything they'd do with an actual client, and hands-on exercises covering everything from building a website to running discovery calls, writing quotes, and onboarding current clients. By the end, they've actually practiced the full process of working with a client, which is where a lot of the real confidence comes from.

Along the way they get 1:1 calls, group collaboration calls, and a private cohort community.



That's where you come in.

What you'll do

- Run weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions and group calls with students
- Review student work and give specific, encouraging feedback that helps them see what's working and what to look at next
- Answer student questions in the community as they come up, helping them work through what they’re stuck on rather than solving it for them
- Step into the role of our two practice clients, answering student questions in character the way a real client would
- Troubleshoot QuickBooks Online and other tools students are working in

The teaching is already built. Every lesson, every resource, every step of the program. So no need to write curriculums or deliver lectures. You're the person in their corner while they work through it.

Is this you?

- Personable and encouraging. You like being on calls with people and find it satisfying to help someone work through a problem
- Kind and patient. Some of our students come in with zero experience, so there's no room for judgement here. They need someone who'll answer the same question twice without making them feel small about asking
- Organized and dependable. Students are counting on you to show up when you said you would and follow through
- Real bookkeeping experience. You don't need to have run your own firm, but you should know your way around QuickBooks Online and be comfortable with the messy, non-textbook parts of the work
- CPA designation preferred

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
