We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plastic Extruder Operator to operate and monitor extrusion machinery used in the production of plastic products. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent product quality, monitoring production equipment, making process adjustments, and following all safety and production procedures.

Key Requirements

- Previous experience operating plastic extrusion equipment is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset.
- Ability to set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery.
- Ability to make basic machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or inconsistencies.
- Ability to read and follow production instructions, work orders, and specifications.
- Basic understanding of measurements and the ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
- Ability to monitor temperatures, speeds, pressures, and other machine operating conditions.
- Ability to perform quality checks throughout the production process.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine or production issues and report problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Ability to maintain accurate production and quality records.




- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Ability to keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a production team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, evenings, nights, or weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience operating plastic extrusion machinery.
- Experience with single-screw or twin-screw extruders.
- Experience working with materials such as PVC, PE, PP, ABS, or other thermoplastics.
- Experience with extrusion troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
- Previous experience in quality control or production inspection.

Shifts (Rotating Shifts / Monthly Rotations)

8am to 4pm
4pm to 12am
12am to 8am

Pay - $21-$24/ hr
