Job: General Labourer
Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview

We are currently hiring a General Labourer with construction experience and Working at Heights Certification for construction work in Sault Ste. Marie.

The successful candidate will work across three different construction sites, assisting with general construction activities, material handling, site cleanup, and other labour duties as required. This is an immediate-start opportunity for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights in an active construction environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform general labour and construction support duties
- Assist tradespeople and other crew members as required
- Work at heights while following all required safety procedures
- Handle, move, load, and unload construction materials and equipment
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Maintain a clean and protected work area
- Follow site instructions, safety procedures,



and PPE requirements
- Travel between three construction sites in the Sault Ste. Marie area as required
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned

Requirements

- Mandatory: Valid Working at Heights Certification
- Mandatory: Previous construction experience
- Comfortable working at heights and on active construction sites
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting as required
- Strong safety awareness and attention to site procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Must be available for an immediate start
- Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- $21.00 per hour (bi-weekly deposit)
