Duties

- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods using precision measurement tools such as calipers and gauges.
- Perform detailed visual and dimensional assessments to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes.also report to quaity manager
- Utilize quality control techniques to identify root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support manufacturing teams by providing real-time feedback on quality concerns and assisting in process adjustments to prevent defects.
- Maintain meticulous records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and calibration logs in accordance with quality assurance protocols.




- Assist in implementing quality management systems (QMS) and participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on quality control and inspection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, including the use of measurement tools like calipers and data collection methods.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data and identify trends or issues promptly.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry, report generation, and record keeping if required
