Duties

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers are well-informed
- Utilize technical sales skills to explain complex product details clearly and confidently
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills





- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong communication skills for clear, professional interactions both in person and over the phone
- Experience in technology or retail sales, including conducting product demos and technical explanations
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Customer service expertise with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently in a busy retail environment
- Effective phone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, retail sales strategies, and inventory management practices

Pay: $16.80-$17.00 per hour
