Responsibilities for Administrative Security Guard

- Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
- Create access cards & badges




- Monitor daily emails incoming and outgoing
- Processing of lost cards
- Vendor access coordination
- Completing bag inspections
- Conducting contractor registration
- Reporting and documenting any incidents

Qualifications for Administrative Security Guard

- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Ontario security license
- WSIB approved first aid Level C certification
- Minimum 6 months of experience working as a security guard
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience doing adminstrative duties within security
- Minimum high school diploma
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
