Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, and supporting various accounting functions using leading software tools.

Duties

1. Full-cycle AR and AP

2. Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

3. Respond to vendor queries and maintain good vendor relations.

4. Verify Sales and AR monthly.

5. Bank Reconciliation

6. Familiarity with financial statements (Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet)

7. Filing and maintaining of records in an organized manner

8. Other related administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

- A college diploma or university degree in Accounting is preferred
- Previous NetSuite experience is preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in full-cycle accounting




- MS Excel in an intermediate capacity (formulas, filter, XLOOKUP, pivot table) to provide detailed reporting & analytics.
- Clear, fluent written and spoken English, at ease communicating with different groups of people.
- Fast-learning and willing to take challenge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to details
- Ability to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy.
- Well-organized and uses good judgment when prioritizing work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
