Administrator, Logistics (Consumables)

We are currently hiring an Administrator, Logistics for Consumables based out of YYC Calgary Airport on a 12-month term.

You will use your advanced organizational and administrations skills to support the high-volume inventory and requests data updates and reporting.

- Collaborating with PASS personnel to assess consumable needs and place orders through CATSA's point system
- Receive and inspect shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of items received
- Maintain accurate records of consumables and uniform inventory for Screening Officers and Service Delivery Managers, and generate regular reports on inventory levels
- Coordinate with Field Managers at YYC and various airport bases across the Prairies region in running routine audits, ensuring inventory levels align with operational requirements
- Work with the People & Culture Department to handle the timely and organized recovery of uniforms from Screening Officers and SDMs as required
- Liaising and maintaining explicit and effective communication with Screening Personnel, Field Managers, and relevant stakeholders
- Handle the duties of Signing Authority, which includes processing and managing RAIC and Parking applications and inquiries from PASS personnel
- Document audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed

What you bring to PASS:

- Previous experience in logistics or inventory management is preferred
- Strong attention to detail,



organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Field Managers, Regional Operations Managers, and CATSA
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office application, and ability to learn and adapt to newer technology
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Knowledge of CATSA's point system and consumable ordering processes is an asset
- Ability to obtain a Transportation Security clearance
- Able to bend and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment. Current expected shift requirement will be Tuesday-Saturday ( subject to change based on operational requirements)
