Role:
Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, this role keeps our warehouse inventory accurate — maintaining stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and keeping operations running efficiently.
You'll be a strong fit with 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, solid oral and written communication skills, and a detail-oriented, organized, analytical approach to your work. An active Forklift/order picker license is required, or the ability to secure and maintain one.

What we are looking for:

- 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Flexible to work varied shifts based on business needs.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs (frequent lifting between 20-40 lbs) (required).




- Active Forklift and order picker license, currently held and maintained (required).
- Very strong oral and written communication skills (required).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels across all locations.
- Perform regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile inventory data.
- Conduct physical audits and report findings to management.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system and generate reports as needed.
- Identify and implement best practices for inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure stock availability and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify potential inventory shrinkage risks and assist in loss prevention strategies.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and order pickers.
- Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record.
