Job Summary
Green PI Inc is presently looking to provide an eCRM Project Manager for its client. The eCRM Project Manager will manage the client’s eCRM project and deliver quality software that meets the client’s requirements by following the eCRM Agile Iterative Methodology.

This is a contract opportunity from October 8, 2026 – October 8, 2027, with a possibility of a 12-month extension.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leveraging Commercial off the Shelf (CoTS) CRM knowledge and experience as an eCRM Project Manager;
- Work with the Project stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain structures for project governance and decision-making;
- Define project objectives and select the most appropriate path or plan in order to satisfy project objectives;
- Develop project requirements, scope, and deliverables and ensure the appropriate approvals are in place before proceeding with the project;
- Define, estimate, and plan project tasks, resources, timelines, and milestones;
- Develop and implement a project management and implementation strategy;
- Develop, maintain, execute, and monitor project plans;
- Develop and monitor budgets, allocations, and/or expenditures;
- Identify, document, report, and mitigate project risks and issues;
- Perform change management practices to achieve project deliverables;
- Manage the project communication and reporting process via status reports, meetings, and other methods, as required for monitoring and accountability purposes;
- Ensure the completion and quality of project documentation, deliverables and obtain the necessary sign-offs;
- Ensure an operational plan is established and approved,



and transition the project to the appropriate Operational team; and
- Performing other duties as assigned by the client.

Experience

The potential candidate must possess the following:

- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in a complex environment;
- A Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated Customer Relationship Management CRM);
- Commercial of the Shelf (CoTs) Products experience as a Project Manager;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a team environment, and managing projects;
- Experience working with Agile (Agile-Iterative is preferred);
- A strong customer service orientation;
- Ability to create a project plan using Microsoft Project and manage delivery to the plan;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines; and
- Experience working in a team workplace.

The following qualifications are considered assets:

- Experience as a Project Manager– Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM;




- Certification in Project Management;
- Experience in Change Management;
- Experience working with government organizations; and
- Experience with MS Azure DevOps is an asset.
