Duties

- Assist skilled tradespeople by learning and assisting on designated areas on-site
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, following safety protocols at all times
- Support in site cleanup activities to maintain a safe and organized work setting
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazards immediately

Qualifications





- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn safety standards on-site
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively
- No experience required
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute as part of a team
- Basic understanding of tools and machinery is advantageous but not mandatory
