Duties

- Deliver professional haircuts, trims, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and face shape
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries




- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during service delivery
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up care

Experience

- Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling with a strong portfolio of diverse styles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to beauty salons or barbershops
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations
- Ability to perform retail sales effectively while maintaining a positive client experience
- Prior experience managing front desk operations or appointment scheduling is a plus
- A valid cosmetology or barber license as required by local regulations
