About the Role

This position combines both operations and light technical support.
It is ideal for individuals who enjoy:

- Working with people (children, families, party groups)
- Supporting day-to-day activity flow
- Doing easy technical tasks with training

You do not need advanced technical experience — just comfort using basic equipment and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do — Operations, Guest Experience & Arena Support (80%)

- Welcome guests, assist with check-in, and explain game instructions
- Guide kids and teens into gaming rooms and ensure a safe experience
- Supervise activity areas, manage queues, and support crowd flow
- Reset gaming rooms between groups and keep areas clean & organized
- Support birthday parties: room setup, transitions, serving snacks, cleanup
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain an energetic, fun, and customer-friendly atmosphere

Light Technical Support -Training Provided- (20% )

- Assist in basic setup and testing of game rooms
- Light electrical or electronics trouble shooting
- Support troubleshooting for simple issues (loose cables, sensor resets, etc.)
- Perform routine checks to ensure games operate smoothly
- Report technical concerns to senior technicians




- Follow equipment checklists and safety procedures

Requirements

- Full-time or part time availability with immediate start.
- 4-5 years of experience.
- Weekday evenings and Weekday anytime shifts.
- Flexible for (Electrical or Electronics) engineering students or business students with technical background
- 1-year contract
- Evening + weekend availability (entertainment environment)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Comfortable working on-site in Vaughan
- Access to transportation is an asset
