Rental Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate equipment rentals, returns, and logistics
- Communicate with customers regarding availability, timelines, and support
- Prepare rental agreements and ensure correct documentation
- Work with the service team to ensure equipment is ready and calibrated
- Track inventory and rental status using internal systems
- Assist with invoicing, extensions, and client follow-ups

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Robust written and verbal communication




- Experience with rental coordination, dispatch, or logistics preferred
- Comfortable using business software and learning new systems
- Experience in the electrical or industrial sector is an asset
