Position: Optometrist Assistant / Receptionist - In Person

Job Type: Full Time, Part time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and manage appointments for Clinic Doctors
- Assist optometrists with pre-screening procedures and tests
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services




- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Working with patients to provide knowledgeable eyewear, and product suggestions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a medical or optometry office is ideal but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
- Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Hours:

- Full time / Part time hours to be discussed pending cadency
