Job Overview: Echelon is the Southern BC construction and installation arm of Nextreme Building Systems — we install modular homes and build commercial structures across BC. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery and business development: you'll manage active projects while also producing the estimates that win new ones.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

- End-to-end project management: sale handoff → procurement → site coordination → installation → closeout
- Estimating for metal manufacturing, Pre-Eng. Steel Structures, Earthworks and Site works for Metal buildings and commercial construction projects
- Budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking across multiple concurrent projects
- Client communication from estimate through final handoff — you're the face of Echelon
- Drawing and specification review for constructability and accuracy
- NetSuite ERP FSM Software — project tracking, cost control, procurement workflows
- Coordination across sales,



drafting, site crews, and external trades

WHAT WE NEED:

- Experience in construction project management and estimating — commercial, industrial, Earthworks, Pre-Eng. Steel Buildings
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications — non-negotiable
- Demonstrated track record managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 — used daily for job costing, scheduling, and reporting
- Robust communicator — written and verbal; clients will judge Echelon by how you show up
- ERP or project management software experience (NetSuite, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a real advantage

COMPENSATION:

Salary commensurate with experience.
