Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Curry Chef to join our team at Sula Indian restaurant kitchen team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for preparing authentic curry dishes to a high standard, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook curry dishes Specially Indian dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards
- Manage prep work (spices, sauces, ingredients) and ensure consistency
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized kitchen environment
- Maintain inventory levels and manage food costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.




- Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience (1-2 years or more) cooking curry dishes or relevant experience in an Indian kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Passion for Indian cuisine and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
