Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and a commitment to food safety standards. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food safety procedures during meal preparation and service
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure productive operation




- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer preferences
- Experience with meal preparation for diverse dietary needs is a plus
- Attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in every dish
