We are currently seeking a Tent & Awning Installer – Crew Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position suited to someone who is solid, reliable, comfortable working outdoors, and able to lead a small installation crew.

Location: London, ON
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Day shift, approximately 44 hours/week, with some Saturday mornings required
Job Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

- Lead and work alongside a crew installing tents, awnings, and related structures
- Load, unload, transport, and position materials and equipment
- Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and working at heights
- Operate pickup trucks and 24-foot straight trucks
- Tow trailers as required
- Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Assist with general site preparation, setup, and teardown
- Follow all workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For

- Clean, valid Class D or G driver's licence
- Able to safely drive a 24-foot straight truck
- Comfortable driving pickup trucks with trailers




- Strong physical ability and stamina — this is hard, labour-intensive work
- Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy materials
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Previous construction, tent installation, awning installation, landscaping, moving, or other physically demanding work is an asset
- Previous crew leadership experience is an asset
