Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will operate and set up press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute directly to the production of high-quality components, ensuring that each piece meets strict specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities

- Set up and operate press brake machines according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine bending requirements
- Adjust machine settings to achieve precise angles, dimensions, and tolerances for each project
- Conduct routine inspections of tools, dies, and machine components to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor production processes continuously, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Document production data,



including measurements, adjustments, and any issues encountered during operation

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating press brake machinery in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Solid understanding of metal properties, bending techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret measurements accurately
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations and machine adjustments
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines
