Zamiigo Order Picker & Operation Coordinator (Thunder Bay Only)

Zamiigo is hiring one or more team members to support local order fulfillment and ongoing website and order data management. This role is based entirely in Thunder Bay. no travel to northern communities required.

Zamiigo is an online ordering and logistics platform that helps northern communities order groceries and essential items more easily. Although this position includes hands-on order picking, packaging and local pickups within Thunder Bay, much of the work is computer-based.Daily responsibilities include updating website products and order information, responding to emails, managing product substitutions, and coordinating with our grocery partners, transportation providers and dispatcher team.

During the summer tourism season, the role also helps organize groceries and supplies for our fly-in fishing lodges and outposts. Travel to the lodges, outposts or northern communities is not required, and this is not a door-to-door delivery position.

A valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record and strong computer skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

● Drive locally within Thunder Bay to partner stores





● Pick and assemble customer orders accurately

● Make substitution decisions when items are unavailable

● Package and label completed orders.

● Maintain and update product listings on the Zamiigo website.

● Edit order data and assist with inventory accuracy.

● Support basic logistics planning and coordination.

Requirements

● Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record

● Strong attention to detail and good judgment

● Comfortable working with computers, websites, and online systems

● Able to lift and carry grocery orders
