Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods




- Ensure guest needs are met promptly by providing excellent guest services and resolving any issues professionally

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices is essential for maintaining high standards
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, cash handling, and change management
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen support roles is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
