Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities, adhering to established standards.
- Maintain residential properties by cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces with precision and care.
- Use professional cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and mops to ensure optimal results.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes responsibly while maintaining a tidy workspace.




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any special requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing or replacing.

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
