Role: Payroll Director

Location: Markham - 3 days onsite

Our client is currently seeking an experienced payroll leader with extensive union/non-union processing experience

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the ideal candidate for this position will

- take ownership and responsibility for the organizations multi-provincial payroll processing environment
- including but not limited too; day to day leadership of a large payroll processing team, providing expert compliance knowledge, lead year end acitivities and work closley across cross functional teams
- leading payroll workflow improvement projects, systems support and all maintaince
- overseeing team of 8-12 payroll reports
- have experience managing multi-unionized environment




- ERP payroll knowledge is considered an asset
- strong communication, ability to liaise with government entities and external vendors
- NPI payroll certification ideally leadership level - CPM or PLP
- Accounting accredition ideal

Package

- 135,000 - 145,000
- discrentionary bonus (15-25%)
