Job Overview
The Facility Maintenance Coordinator at H&H; Wood Products is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of all machinery, equipment, and facilities within the plant to ensure continuous and efficient production. This individual will manage maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, and improvement projects across all plant systems and infrastructure. This role requires a proactive leader with robust technical and managerial skills who can coordinate to maintain optimal plant performance.

The Facility Maintenance Coordinator recognizes the safety of all team members is top priority and so will prioritize Health & Safety issues accordingly.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.




- Assist in the development of preventive maintenance programs to enhance facility performance.

Requirements

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems/
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Previous Maintenance experience is required (5 to 10 years)
- Excellent skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Strong leadership skills.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
