Bee Family Dental – Calgary, AB

Bee Family Dental is a modern, spa-inspired dental clinic in SE Calgary focused on creating an exceptional experience for both our patients and our team.

We’re looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator / Dental Administrator who is confident working with patients, enjoys a busy environment, and wants to be part of a supportive team where everyone works together.

This role is ideal for someone who is well-rounded, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow. While treatment coordination will be a major focus, we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed. If you’re someone who takes initiative, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

- Presenting and coordinating treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended care
- Building strong relationships with patients and confidently discussing treatment options
- Managing the appointment schedule to keep the day productive and efficient
- Handling patient calls, follow-ups, confirmations, and reactivation
- Supporting recall and rebooking
- Assisting with insurance coordination and A/R
- Helping create a warm, welcoming patient experience from check-in to checkout
- Supporting the front desk and administrative team as needed
- Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and keep the clinic running smoothly

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in a Canadian dental office in an administrative or assisting role
- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills and confidence discussing treatment with patients
- Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting

- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Someone who genuinely wants to learn, grow, and develop within their role
- A team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever needed
- Experience with Curve Dental is an asset

We’re more interested in finding the right person than simply checking every box. If you have solid dental experience, a great attitude, and are motivated to grow, we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week position.

The successful candidate must be available to work Mondays, one evening per week, and two Saturdays per month. Saturday availability is a non-negotiable requirement.
